Firmex, the leader in deal collaboration software, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Parker and Ian Kidson have been appointed to the Firmex board of directors.
Jeff was the founder and CEO of Technical Data Systems, Business Research Corporation and First Call. All of these businesses were acquired by Thomson Financial in 1986. Jeff went on to serve as CEO Thomson Financial. In 1997 he co-founded and was the CEO of CCBN which was later also acquired by Thomson Financial in 2004.
Ian Kidson has 24 years of experience in the private equity and investment banking industries. He is currently is the co-head and Managing Director of TD Capital Mezzanine Partners. Previously, Ian spent 16 years at CIBC Capital Markets/Wood Gundy primarily leading both mezzanine and equity investments.
